The food quality is consistent throughout the buffet restaurant which is spacious with its lively carpet, shiny brass, copper and stainless steel, glass and marble for an upbeat ambience. The ubiquitous carving station serves prime rib, roast turkey, and pork complemented with a series of standard sauces. For the adventurous palate, there are fajitas, burritos, tostadas, enchilada and tacos at the fajita station; egg-flower soup, honey chicken, beef with mixed vegetables, and dim sum at the Asian station; and hummus, baba ganoush, taboule and couscous at the standout salad bar which also offers tossed-to-order mixed greens and romaine hearts.
