Le Village Buffet Cuisine: BuffetLe Village Buffet restaurant in the French-theme Paris Las Vegas Hotel continues the theme in one of the best buffet restaurants in Las Vegas with replications of the French regions of Normandy, Burgundy, Alsace, Provence, and Bretagne. The price at the Le Village Buffet is higher than most other buffet restaurants in Las Vegas but diners get a finer assortment of dishes and thus, more value for their money. Quiche Lorraine and seafood such as oysters, mussels and cracked crab legs with melted butter are traditional dishes at the Normandy station, and the carving station including beef bourguignon are situated at the Burgundy station but offers French sauces such as chateaubriand sauce. Potato-based lamb stew, salmon fondue, and braised duck are at Alsace, and coq au vin, veal Marengo and braised beef are at Provence. The dessert station is uninspiring except for the crème caramel and peach cobbler so most diners head back to Bretagne for dessert crêpes in addition to savory ones. The unique dishes of Le Village Buffet make it one of the best buffet restaurants in Las Vegas. |
